How did you come to live with your current family?

Skippy:

My Mom’s daughter rescued me from unkind people who didn’t feed me enough and hurt me.

The nice doctors at her work (Village Vet) fixed my hernia and took care of me until I could go home with Mom. It took me awhile but after lots of food and warm snuggles I was a happy little camper. Not long after that my Mom brought Jilly home. She came from a lady who said she is a chi-weenie.

Jilly:

Mom knew Dad would love me because he was missing “Mini” dachshund who crossed the Rainbow Bridge not long before. Now he loves me and Skippy just as much.

What Silly or Little known facts should we know about you?

We both like to nip at pant legs, shoes and shoe laces to get the attention of visitors

Besides Day Care… what do you love? 

 We both love warm laps…especially on long trips in the car. And treats!

What are your favorite toys or games?

Jilly: I have a little blue dog stuffy that fits perfectly in my mouth. I like to take him to bed with me at night.

Skippy: I’m not really into toys or games. All I need is a warm lap or a squishy bed with a blanket to burrow into.

        We both love chasing and barking at our kitty brother (Boops) and sister (Beatrice or Beeps for short)

If you had a major in college…what would it be?

Jilly: Culinary Arts  so I could make my own tasty treats.

Skippy: Politics so I can learn new ways to manipulate Jilly without her knowing

 You (Daycare Staff) probably know more about us than we do!!
