How did you come to live with your current family?

My family was looking for a golden retriever puppy and my dad found out that one of his co-workers had just bred their dog. Once I was born they came to see us all and I was the little cutie they couldn’t live without.

What Silly or Little known facts should we know about you?

I am extremely friendly and love everyone. When people come to my house I tend to get a little over excited and want to jump all over them. I am working really hard on my manners with the help of everyone at TAW!!!

Besides Day Care… what do you love?

I love playing ball, swimming, playing in the snow, going for walks (especially off leash) but my main passion is eating and chewing on my bully sticks…yummy.

What are your favorite toys or games?

I have this squeaky bone, which I’ve had since I was a pup, that I carry around and squeak…squeak…squeak. It’s amazing I haven’t destroyed it yet because I’m not real gentle with my toys. I also like to play tug-a-war with my dad and for cheap thrills I just find a stick in the backyard and chew away.

Other information we should know about you?

I sometimes have a mind of my own and can be a little naughty but I’ll usually do just about anything you ask for a treat. Thanks to everyone at TAW for taking such good care of me.

If you had a major in college…what would it be?

I’m thinking I might want a major in dancing as I am just learning how and I think I’m pretty good at it.

If you wrote a personal ad… what would it say?

Hi – I’m Lacey, a fifteen month old golden retriever, looking for a playmate that would like to run around, wrestle, have a little swim, play some ball and just hang out.
