How did you come to live with your current family?

I was born October 24th, 2007 in Auburn, Washington, but found my forever home when I was a wee pup after I appeared in a dream to my human mother. She noticed me (in her dream) because I had a little black spot on my forehead and I was very pushy! So when she came to look at all the pups (in waking life) I knew she would choose me. I’ve lived on a little farm in Bow, Washington with my human parents, two (terrible) cats and a variety of chickens for most of my life since.

What Silly or Little known facts should we know about you?

Even though my breed has traditionally helped herd sheep, I’m actually really good at guarding and helping round up chickens!

Besides Day Care… what do you love?

In my younger days (sigh…) I used to LOVE doing agility trials (I won LOTS of ribbons), running after the Chuck-it ball or frisbee and mountain biking with my Dad, but now that I’m getting closer to my golden years, I just like nice little walks in the woods with my parents, camping, a soft bed by the fire and a toy to pack around the house.

What are your favorite toys or games?

I never met a plush toy I didn’t like! My grandma makes sure I always have new ones to play with. My favorite game is probably keep-away, but I also like doing tricks for treats.

If you had a major in college…what would it be?

I would study “Human Facial Expressions” with a minor in “Treat Acquisition Arts”

If you wrote a personal ad… what would it say?

11-year old,Tri-color Aussie with big, happy smile and fluffy body seeking treats and love from any and all (non-creepy) humans; will sniff and possibly romp with other select canines as well, but prefer full body pets and raw turkey bits from my family and friends at Tails-A-Wagging.

Other information we should know about you?

I’ve traveled all around the western United States and Canada camping with my family, walking on many beaches and trails, sniffing all types of scents and meeting all variety of humans, canines and other fauna. I’m a very gentle soul with a zest for life and adventure…I even went to Alaska once and was mistaken for a bear cub! I love my friends and family and going to daycare : )
