Pet of the Month.

How did you come to live with your current family? 

My baby picture had just been quietly posted, along with my brothers’ and sisters’ pictures, by my first parents’ family when my (now) Mom and Dad and sisters saw it. They fell in love with me and called to ask for me before the announcement was made public, and barely one hour before someone else called, wanting me! We all feel lucky. 

What Silly or Little known facts should we know about you?

 I can hop like a bunny. I have three cat siblings and like two of them. My Dad calls me his “U-shaped dog” because I get so happy to see him that I walk toward him with both my front end and wiggling back end at the same time. I steal tissues from my Mom’s makeup bag in the morning and paper napkins if you aren’t watching- paper is delicious! Some of my nicknames are: “Finn”, “Finn Doggie”, “Miss Finley Wiggles”, and “Miss Snorty Wiggles”. I am a happy, wiggly, snorty dog. I know when I need to behave and when I can get away with a few things. I like to chew through harnesses in the car on the way to Tails. I don’t really like the car unless I get to sleep on my sisters’ laps. I love to play with all of my friends at Tails!

Besides Day Care… what do you love?  

My family, squeaky toys, chewy bones, chasing and being chased, paper products, belly rubs, cookies, herding small children and cats, and chasing a ball or catching a soft frisbee. 

What are your favorite toys or games?

Benebones, squeaky toys- I can surgically remove the squeakers in no time, my big squeaker ball that holds tennis balls at its equator (it kind of looks like the Death Star but is fun), tug toys, and running, chasing, and herding!

If you had a major in college…what would it be? 

Possibly a double major: Recreation and Leisure, and Linguisitics (I love to talk and also learn new words). 

If you wrote a personal ad… what would it say? 

Here I am! I love life! I love my family! I love to play and am a good wiggler! I am also very smart and intuitive. If you want to play with me, please have good manners and get ready for fun!
