Pet of the Month.

Oscar B. November 2014

How did you come to live with your current family?

I tried living in a Las Vegas garbage can with my brother and sister, but it got a bit crowded and scary. Some nice people at a local shelter found us and sent us up to Washington. When my mom and dad came to meet me, it was love at first sight, and the rest is history!

What Silly or Little known facts should we know about you?

I love to run up hills, roll on my back, and slide down. If you haven’t tried, you should. It’s awesome!
Also, I’m named after Oscar the Grouch who lived in a garbage can too, but I’m about as far from grouchy as you can get!

Besides Day Care… what do you love?

Tennis balls. Tennis balls that squeak. Half destroyed tennis balls. The Chuck it when it has a tennis ball ready to go. I will pretty much do anything for a tennis ball…oooo or peanut butter. I really love food. And running. I like to run fast!

What are your favorite toys or games?

Did I mention that I love tennis balls?

If you had a major in college…what would it be?

Astrophysics, because someday I hope to work for NASA so I can figure out how to get to that big tennis ball in the sky.

If you wrote a personal ad… what would it say?

Tall, dark, and handsome male seeks partner who likes long walks on the beach; well, long walks in general, cuddling on the couch, peanut butter, and most importantly, tennis balls.

Other information we should know about you?

I want to send a big Thank You to Angi, Michael, Chelsea, and everyone at Tails for helping me transform from an 18lb crazy and obnoxious puppy, to the 80lb (mostly) well behaved goofball I am today
