Shall We Dance?
Shall we dance? is a fun, non-competitive class that introduces dancing with your dog, also known as Canine Freestyle.
This class will teach skills such as circling forward and backward, weaving, backing up straight, heeling, and pivoting, in a way that will get almost instant success for you and your dog.
We’ll also work on turning cute behaviors your dog already does into tricks. By the end of the class you will combine the skills you’ve learned to put together a short routine. This is a class that fosters relationship building, fine-tuned skills that are applicable to real life, and most of all, one more way to have fun with and learn with your dog!
You can join your dog in the art of dance as much or as little as you like. Learning will be aided by videos sent to you via email each week to help you practice at home. Dogs must get along with other dogs and have had at least one obedience class.

All dogs signed up for any of our obedience classes are required to be current on their vaccines, including DHPP, Bordetella and Rabies (if over 20 weeks old).
DHPP, is a combination vaccine, it protects your dog from Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza and Parvovirus. Bordetella guards your dog against Kennel Cough, a highly contagious air borne virus in dogs. Rabies is a fatal disease in mammals and is required by law for all dogs. You will be required to show written proof of vaccines prior to the first class.
All puppies are to be as current as they can be, for their age, on their vaccines. This means puppies do not have to be completed on their vaccine series, just as far along as they can be.
We accept vaccines given by your veterinarian only, no final vaccines given by a breeder or owner-administered vaccines will be accepted.
Note: if we have never met your dog before we may need to evaluate your dog prior class start date.
