How did you come to live with your current family?
My five siblings and I had a rough start in California, abandoned and left on the side of the road.  After spending several months with my siblings without much human contact, a Ferndale, Washington based rescue group called “Rescued Hearts Northwest” heard about us and sent an airplane (Wings of Rescue) down to take us up north to find our forever homes.  One day my future mommy was dropping off my (future) brother Cody at Tails for daycare and I was in a kennel in the front.  They asked all about me and later that day they both visited my puppy class with my foster mom Leana.  I stole their hearts and made sure they couldn’t say no.
What Silly or Little known facts should we know about you?
Although I am not much of a swimmer, I love to wade out to my knees, dunk my head under water and pull sticks back to the shoreline. I make sure I always get a bigger stick than my brother!  Also, when I get real happy and wiggly, my mom and dad say I have “flying nun” ears.
Besides Day Care… what do you love?
I love playing chase with my friends and going for long hikes with Papa, Mama and Cody (and other BFF’s Rosie, Rokki, and Ziggy).
What are your favorite toys or games?
I love love LOVE my squeaker ball in a sock! I fling it around and squeak it to scare the big bad squirrels away!
If you had a major in college…what would it be?
Definitely Physical Education.  I love to run like the wind and think I would be a great track and field coach.
If you wrote a personal ad… what would it say?
Shy, lean, mean running machine looking for an active, playful, gentle friend that can handle a unique personality.  Must love to hike, play chase, and hang out with my big brother Cody.
Other information we should know about you?
All of the hard work from my parents and the trainers at Tails have given me a great life.  I still have some “quirks”, but I never thought life could be this good! I am spoiled and loving every minute of it.
